Narravity

Standardizing the path
to microgravity.

Narravity helps research and commercial teams prepare, integrate, and fly experiments in microgravity through HEX — a standardized payload architecture and mission process designed to make integration more repeatable, understandable, and scalable.

Introducing HEX

The experiment may be unique. The integration process doesn’t have to be.

From Experiment to Flight

A flight opportunity is only one part of getting an experiment to microgravity.

Payload requirements, interfaces, documentation, safety information, integration, configuration, logistics, mission readiness, recovery, and customer deliverables all have to come together. Narravity provides the operational layer between the customer experiment and the flight provider.

Prepare

Define the experiment, mission objectives, requirements, constraints, documentation, and information needed to evaluate a potential flight.

Integrate

Configure the experiment for HEX, establish applicable interfaces and acceptance requirements, and prepare the payload for integration with the flight provider.

Fly & Deliver

Coordinate mission readiness, payload handoff, flight activities, recovery, and delivery of applicable mission records and customer materials.

HEX

A common payload architecture around a unique experiment.

HEX is Narravity’s modular payload system for preparing and integrating research and commercial experiments for microgravity flight. Instead of developing an entirely new integration approach for every experiment, HEX is designed around a common architecture, defined interfaces, documented requirements, and a repeatable mission process.

Modular

Designed to accommodate different experiment configurations within a common payload architecture.

Standardized

Defined interfaces, requirements, records, and acceptance criteria create consistency from one payload to the next.

Repeatable

A documented mission process helps reduce unnecessary reinvention as experiments move toward flight.

Extensible

HEX begins with suborbital microgravity missions and is being developed with future orbital applications in mind.

Your Path to Flight

Know what happens next.

Narravity organizes the journey from initial inquiry through payload assessment, requirements, qualification, HEX integration, mission readiness, flight, recovery, and closeout.

1 — Assess

Understand the experiment, objectives, known requirements, constraints, and potential flight pathway.

2 — Qualify

Establish the technical information, interfaces, documentation, safety inputs, and evidence needed to proceed.

3 — Integrate

Configure the experiment for HEX and coordinate payload and flight-provider interfaces in preparation for the mission.

4 — Fly & Close

Complete mission readiness, flight and recovery activities, return applicable materials and records, and close the mission.

Who We Support

Built for teams with a reason to use microgravity.

Narravity is building for organizations with a meaningful research, technical, or commercial question to investigate in microgravity and a need for a clearer pathway from experiment to flight.

Research & Universities

Move experiments from ground-based development toward microgravity flight through a defined payload and mission process.

Commercial R&D

Explore applications where microgravity may provide useful insight into materials, fluids, biotechnology, manufacturing, and other physical processes.

Flight & Mission Partners

Add a standardized customer and payload-integration layer that helps organize experiments before they reach the flight vehicle.

Start With the Experiment

Not sure if your experiment is ready for microgravity?

You do not need to arrive with a completed flight payload. Tell us what you are developing, what you want to learn, what you already know about your experiment, and when you would ideally like to fly. Narravity can help identify the information needed to begin evaluating a potential mission.

Tell us what you want to learn in microgravity.

Share a few details about your experiment, research objective, current hardware, and desired timeline. We’ll help identify the information needed to determine whether there may be a pathway to flight.
